SANBORN, Circuit Judge.

This is an appeal from a decree which enjoined the defendants, the Kinloch Telephone Company and Samuel M. Kennard, from infringing upon the first claim of letters patent No. 438,788, for a potential discharger, issued October 21, 1890, to Anthony C. White. (C. C.) 111 Fed. 175. This is the claim:
