MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER FOR RELIEF UNDER CHAPTER 7

This matter comes before the Court on the involuntary bankruptcy petition filed by Hutchinson-Massood Development, Inc. against Manchester Heights Associates, L.P. A hearing was held on March 4, 1992. At trial, Petitioner demonstrated that the elements of § 303 were met in that Petitioner was entitled to an order for relief against Debtor.
