ORDER—PETITIONS FOR INVOLUNTARY BANKRUPTCY AND MOTIONS TO DISMISS

The Petitions for Involuntary Bankruptcy, as amended, and Requests for Appointment of Interim Trustee, and the Motions to Dismiss, came for hearing on September 17, 1998 and October 21, 1998. The petitioning creditors were represented by Steven P. Wandro, Esq., Wandro & Associates, P.C., and the debtors were represented by William W. Graham. Esq.
