This matter comes before us upon the application of the National Labor Relations Board (Board) for enforcement of its order holding that Potter Electric Signal Company (Potter) violated section 8(a)(1) of the National Labor Relations Act, 29 U.S.C. § 158(a)(1), when it discharged Sarah Pe-gues and Peggy Koelling (employees) after they had engaged in a fight on the produc*122tion line of the plant.
