The matter before the Court is the “Trustee’s Objection to Debtor’s Amended Claim of Exemptions” (the “Objection”) filed by Carolyn A. Bankowski (the “Trustee”), the standing Chapter 13 trustee, and the “Response to Trustee’s Objection to Debtor’s Claim of Exemptions” (the “Response”) filed by Eileen M. Plant (the “Debtor”).
