FURTHER INITIAL REVIEW ORDERS
WOLLE, Chief Judge.
Plaintiff Jerry Wayne Kleiss, an inmate in an Iowa prison, filed this complaint pro se asserting claims pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983, with jurisdiction predicated on 28 U.S.C. §§ 1343, 1367, and 1391. The court appointed counsel to represent him and granted him leave to proceed in forma pau-peris. The initial review order required that he amend his complaint. He has done so.
