Donald O’Brien sued General Motors Acceptance Corporation 1 for $1,716.92 damages because of an alleged breach of contract in the repossession of a 1957 Buick automobile. The matter was tried to a jury which found generally for defendant, and from the resulting judgment this appeal has been taken.
