The matter submitted for determination in this case is whether the undisputed facts are such as to make mandatory a finding that Allen H. McMichael, one of the defendants and driver o.f one of the motor vehicles involved in a collision, was negligent as a matter of law. We are also asked to review some of the instructions which were given by the trial court. With respect to these instructions, there is no indication that objections were made at the time of trial.
