SHARPNACK, Judge.
Defendants-appellants-franchisees, - Hacienda Mexican Restaurant of Kalamazoo Corp., Albert Mickelson, and Seott Borsodi (hereinafter "franchisees") bring this interlocutory appeal from the grant of a preliminary - injunction. _- Plaintiff-appellee-fran-chisor, Hacienda Franchise Group, Inc. (hereinafter "franchisor'") has filed a motion to dismiss the appeal on the basis that the questions presented are moot. We find that the appeal is not moot, and we affirm in part and reverse in part.
