This cause is before the court on a Motion to Strike Certain Defenses and Counterclaims, and to Dismiss Them with Prejudice (Mot. (Doc. # 53)), filed by Johnson Outdoors, Inc. (“Johnson Outdoors”) and Johnson Outdoors Marine Electronics, Inc., d/b/a Humminbird (“Humminbird” or collectively “Johnson Outdoors” or “Plaintiffs”). Defendant Navico, Inc.
