Shirley Ann Johnson, aged seven years, suing by her guardian ad litem, recovered judgment in a jury case against defendants James P. and Bonnie Ann McRee in the amount of $600 for injuries she sustained when struck by an automobile driven by Mrs. McRee. Defendants admitted liability. Plaintiff has appealed from the judgment and urges (1) errors in the exclusion of evidence as to the manner in which plaintiff sustained her injuries; (2) the inadequacy of the damages allowed, and (3) misconduct of the attorney for defendants.
