The defendant, Troy Gordon, appeals from the judgment of conviction, following a jury trial, of assault in the third degree in violation of General Statutes § 53a-61 (a) (3), carrying a pistol or revolver without a permit in violation of General Statutes § 29-35 (a) and reckless endangerment in the first degree in violation of General Statutes § 53a-63 (a).
