The Attorney General filed a motion to dismiss this appeal upon the ground that the ease-made and petition in error were not filed in this court within six months after the rendition of the judgment in the lower court. In response to said motion, counsel for plaintiffs in error , have made a showing that the date, as it appeared in the original case-made, on which the judgment was rendered in the trial court, was a clerical error; that while the original case-made shows that the judgment was rendered on the 14th of October, 1919, the judgment was in fact rendered on the 14th day of November,…
