While the testimony is very conflicting, a careful reading of it convinces us that the following are the true facts of this case: One Stafford was the owner of an Elgin automobile. The Mikado Auto Company of Seattle was the local agent for the Moon car. Stafford bought of it one of its cars, turning in his Elgin and paying the balance in cash. The two oars were at once delivered to the respective purchasers.
