This is an action brought by an attorney-at-law against other attomeys-at-law to recover one-third of an attorney fee awarded in a divorce case in the district court of Johnson *129county. A determination of the case requires an interpretation and application of Disciplinary Rule DR 2-107 of the Code of Professional Responsibility adopted by this court effective July 1, 1970. It provides in pertinent part as follows:
