Discovery disputes have slowed the orderly course of this action in which plaintiff, Carter-Wallace, Inc. (“C-W”), seeks treble damages and injunctive relief for alleged anticompetitive activities engaged in by defendants, Hartz Mountain Industries, Inc. and The Hartz Mountain Corporation (collectively “Hartz”).
