PARSONS, J.
This case is before us upon interlocutory appeal from the decision and decree of the circuit judge sustaining respondents’ demurrer to complainants’ bill in equity entitled “Bill for Specific Performance and to Remove Cloud on Title.” The bill with exhibits covers ten pages and the recital of facts is set forth in nineteen numbered paragraphs. The demurrer is based upon thirteen separately enumerated grounds and is sustained, as set forth in the ruling of the circuit judge, upon ten of them.
