OPINION
JANE BLAND, Justice.
The parties in this trade secrets case agreed to arbitrate their claims against each other, and did so, but not before a lengthy discovery battle in the trial court. The trial court confirmed the arbitrators’ decision, from which the losing parties appeal. Appellate review of the confirmation of arbitration decisions is very limited, as such decisions are meant to be final in all but exceptional cases.
