* —Eddie D., a minor, appeals from a judgment of the juvenile court finding on a supplemental petition (Welf. & Inst. Code, § 777) that he violated Penal Code section 148 2 and committing him to the California Youth Authority.

Procedural History

On December 9, 1986, Eddie D. was named in a petition filed in the Kern County Juvenile Court alleging six theft-related counts.
