MEMORANDUM

ROBERT L. TAYLOR, District Judge.

Plaintiff filed this action in the Circuit Court of Roane County, Tennessee, claiming damages arising out of the defective construction of a prefabricated home financed by a loan from the Farmers Home Administration (FmHA). Because several federal officials were named as party defendants, the United States Attorney removed the case to this Court pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1442.
