Plaintiff, Adamsville Lumber Company, Inc., sued a resident of Hardin County, Bobby F. Rainey, and his wife; Continental Insurance Company, (herein called Continental) and the United States by and through Farmers Home Administration, (herein called F.H.A.) and Paul M. Koger (F.H.A.’s District Director) as Trustee in the Chancery Court of Hardin County, Tennessee. F.
