PER CURIAM: *

This case presents the third iteration of the plaintiffs trademark claims before this court. The underlying question is whether the plaintiff Robin Singh Educational Services, Inc. (“Robin Singh”) 1 can assert again that it has established rights to a trademark despite failing to do so on two prior occasions against a different, but related, party. The district court concluded that the collateral estoppel doctrine bars Robin Singh’s action. We agree and affirm. 2
