Catherine Aaron petitioned for a writ of certiorari to review the Court of Criminal Appeals' unpublished memorandum affirming the trial court's judgment convicting her, pursuant to a plea agreement, of the unlawful manufacture of a controlled substance in the second degree, a violation of § 13A-12-217(a)(2), Ala.
