MEMORANDUM ORDER
NANCY C. DREHER, Bankruptcy Judge.
The above-entitled matter came on for final hearing before the undersigned on the 7th day of November, 1989 on a motion by TCF Bank Savings fsb (“TCF”) to convert or dismiss the case and for relief from the automatic stay, and on a motion by the debtor for use of cash collateral. Appearances were as follows: Richard Holper for TCF, and Christopher Elliott for debtor Marion Street Partnership (“Debtor”).
