This is a petition by M. G. Andersen to review on certiorari the findings of the board of State canvassers in the matter of the election of a Senator from Horry County in order that the petitioner may be declared the duly elected Senator for Horry County.

It is alleged in the petition that at the election held in said county on November 8, 1932, according to the returns of Horry County board of canvassers, the respondent H. K. Cooke received 3,132 votes and the petitioner 22 votes for said office, that the petitioner…
