In a proceeding pursuant to CPLR 7502 (c) for injunctive relief in connection with an arbitrable controversy, the petitioner *613appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County (Weber, J.), dated February 14, 2008, which denied its motion for a preliminary injunction enjoining the respondent, inter alia, from taking any further action to terminate the parties’ exclusive distributorship agreement.
Ordered that the order is affirmed, with costs.
