Azrack, Judge ), asserting several causes of action against GEICO General Insurance Company ("GEICO"), with whom she had an insurance policy, and CCC Information Services ("CCC"), a GEICO contractor, relating to a claim she filed with GEICO following the total loss of her vehicle.
