The Citizen Potawatomi Nation (the CPN) appeals from the judgment terminating parental rights as to S.R.M. (the child). Pursuant to 25 U.S.C. § 1914 (2000), the CPN seeks to invalidate the judgment because notice was inadequately given under the Indian Child Welfare Act of 1978, 25 U.S.C. § 1901, et seq. (2000)(ICWA).
