ON REMAND FROM THE UNITED STATES SUPREME COURT

This case has been remanded to this Court by the mandate of the United States Supreme Court, ___ U.S. ___, 111 S.Ct. 1678,114 L.Ed.2d 73 (1991), vacating this Court's judgment. This Court's earlier opinion is published at 571 So.2d 1015 (Ala. 1990). The Supreme Court remanded the case to us for further consideration in light of its decision in PacificMutual Life Insurance Co. v. Haslip, 499 U.S. ___, 111 S.Ct. 1032, 113 L.Ed.2d 1 (1991).
