Hiram M. Greene, defendant in error, was an employe of the Miller Agency Company and was discharged on May 7, 1928. He brought an action in the court of common pleas, claiming that the discharge was wrongful and unlawful, and recovered a verdict and judgment of $4,200. As grounds for reversal, it is claimed that there should have been a directed verdict for the defendant, .the Miller Agency Company, and that the judgment is against the weight of the evidence and excessive.
