MEMORANDUM OPINION

The plaintiff, Walter J. Thomas (“Thomas”), filed this suit in September 2005, when he was sixty-four years old, claiming the Chief Financial Officer of the District of Columbia (the “defendant”) discriminated against him based on race, sex, disability, and age. In November 2007, this Court granted the defendant’s Motion for Partial Summary Judgment, Thomas v. Gandhi 525 F.Supp.2d 103, 106 (D.D.C.2007), and now considers the defendant’s Motion for Summary Judgment as to Thomas’ remaining age discrimination claim. The defendant asserts summary…
