WINTER, Circuit Judge:
Colleen and John Austin appeal from Judge Telesca’s dismissal of their complaint pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 12(b)(6). The complaint asserted claims under the Fair Housing Act (“FHA”), Title VIII of the Civil Rights Act of 1968, as amended, 42 U.S.C. § 3601 et seq., against the Town of Farmington.
