Plaintiffs filed suit on May 29, 2012, seeking judicial review of the U.S. Forest Service’s Record of Decision pursuant to the Administrative Procedures Act, 5 U.S.C. § 706 permitting implementation of the Flathead National Forest Precommercial Thinning Project (“Project”).
