OPINION
DEVINE, District Judge.
This is a petition for declaratory judgment pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 2201. Jurisdiction is based on diversity of citizenship and amount in controversy. 28 U.S.C. 1332(a)(1). The basic issue before the Court concerns the interpretation of a certain endorsement (hereinafter described) attached to a so-called Comprehensive Automobile Liability Policy (hereinafter “CAL”) issued by defendant Aetna Casualty and Surety Company (hereinafter “Aetna”) on R.
