Introduction

The above-entitled matter is before the undersigned United States District Judge pursuant to Defendants’ Motion for Partial Summary Judgment. In the complaint, Plaintiff has asserted claims, on his own behalf and on behalf of SarTec, against Defendants McNeff and SarTec.
