We have for review a referee’s report recommending that Respondent Jeffrey Alan Norkin be found guilty of professional misconduct and' disbarred from the practice of law. ■ We have jurisdiction. See art. V, § 15, Fla. Const.

FACTS

Previously, in case number SC11-1356, Respondent Jeffrey Alan Norkin was suspended from the practice of law for two years and was ordered to appear before the Court for a public reprimand. Fla.
