The ruling of the circuit court in the action at law refusing the amendments offered has been much discussed, but, as the ruling was not brought before us by a writ of error, we are very clear tliat the ruling complained of is not subject to review, and we only remark that the power of the court with regard to amendments in an action at law is very broad, under section 5106, Code Ga., and section 954, Rev.
