Plaintiff Ashgar Googerdy, a former professor of Defendant North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University (“A & T”), brought suit in the Superior Court of the State of North Carolina, Guil-ford County, alleging claims for discrimination based on national origin and/or race and breach of contract.
