The plaintiff is a lawyer. He has sued to recover compensation for his services. Defendants were stockholders in the Sylvan Electric Baths, Inc., holding a majority of the preferred stock and the minority of the common stock. They got into a dispute with one Bueckle, another stockholder, who had obtained control of the corporation, and was working it either to his own advantage or to the disadvantage of the defendants.
