Plaintiff/appellant brought an action on an insurance policy issued by the defendant insurance company. He sought recovery for *566damages sustained by his Ford pickup truck which he wrecked, as well as for personal injuries sustained in the accident.
After discovery, both parties moved for summary judgment. The trial judge denied the plaintiffs motion for a partial judgment as to liability and granted the defendant’s motion, dismissing the plaintiffs complaint. The plaintiff thereupon appealed. Held:
