1. The petition did not set forth a cause of action for breach of contract for the reasons: (1) that the *287plaintiffs, the insureds under the policy did not allege that the defendants were the agents of the plaintiffs, but on-the contrary alleged that they were agents of -the insurance company represented by the' defendants; and (2) that, even if it had been alleged that the defendants were the plaintiffs’ agents, there was no consideration for the promises and representations allegedly made by the defendants.
