The conclusion reached by the majority appears to me to be opposed to the underlying purpose of the workmen's compensation act as it relates to injuries arising out of one's employment as construed by this court in previous cases. The act was devised to provide protection to workmen in the form of compensation for injuries arising from hazards having a reasonable relation to the employment and which followed as a natural incident of the work.
