SULLIVAN, Judge.

Appellants, General Motors Corporation (GM) and Allison Engine Company, Inc. (Allison) 1 appeal the trial court’s order granting summary judgment in favor of the appellees, Northrop Corporation and Northrop Aircraft Division (Northrop). The litigation involves a contract for production of a tactical fighter aircraft component.
