DECISION

LeTARTE, Chief Judge:

In consonance with his pleas, the accused was convicted of two absences without authority and three offenses of making and uttering worthless checks, in violation of Articles 86 and 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. §§ 886, 934. He was also convicted, contrary to his pleas, of forging a check and of dishonorably failing to discharge a debt, in violation of Articles 123 and 134. The approved sentence extends to bad conduct discharge, forfeiture of $25.00 per month for four months, confinement at hard labor for four months and reduction in grade to…
