KRAVITCH, Circuit Judge:
Plaintiff-appellant Ronald Ruffin appeals the district court’s denial of plaintiff’s request for attorney’s fees. Ruffin sued his employer, defendant-appellee Great Dane Trailers (“Great Dane”), seeking damages and injunctive relief for violations of Title VII. The district court found in favor of the defendant on plaintiff's claims for damages, but held in favor of the plaintiff on his claim for injunctive relief, ordering the defendant to take appropriate steps to make its Birmingham, Alabama shop a racially neutral workplace.
