HALLEY, Justice.

On September 15, 1960, Lucille Owens, hereinafter called claimant, filed her first notice of injury and claim for compensation stating that she sustained an accidental injury arising out of her employment on June 10, 1960, while employed by Western Hills Lodge. On March 8, 1961, the trial judge denied an award and the order denying the award was affirmed on appeal to the State Industrial Court en banc.
