Plaintiffs Idea Italiana s.r.l. (“Idea” or “Idea Italiana”) and Helios International S.A.R.L. (“Helios”) (collectively, “Plaintiffs”) have moved pursuant to Rule 56 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and Local Rule 56.1 for partial summary judgment on their claims of conversion of 112 pieces of Cantamessa jewelry (the “Jewelry”) by Defendants Cantamessa USA, Inc.
