This is an appeal from an interlocutory order of the circuit court of Tazewell county denying a motion to dissolve a temporary injunction.

Appellees filed their bill of complaint on November 4, 1932, in which they alleged, in substance, that they were the owners and entitled to the peaceful, quiet and uninterrupted possession of certain real estate in the southeast quarter and the northeast quarter of section 31, Township 26 North, Range 4, West of the Third Principal Meridian, in Tazewell county, Illinois, and particularly describing in said bill certain lots in Richland Farms Resurvey, a…
