The plaintiff brought this action to quiet title to the following land situated in Cavalier County, North Dakota, being the NE¼ of Section 32 and the SE¼ of Section '29, both in Township 159, Range 60. The plaintiff also seeks to recover the value of the use and occupation of these lands from the county for 1942 and from the Coyes for years 1943, 1944, and 1945. Cavalier County answered separately and set up acquisition of title by it through tax deed proceedings.
