OPINION
CEDARBAUM, District Judge.
Alan Nisselson, Chapter 11 Trustee of debtor UFG International, Inc. (“UFG”), brought this adversary proceeding against DeWitt Stern Group, Ine. (“DSG”), DeWitt Stern Imperatore, Ltd. (“DSI”), Paul Olshen and Roger Kluge. The complaint seeks damages and other relief for breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, conversion and misappropriation by Olshen and Kluge, unfair competition on the part of all defendants, and unjust enrichment on the part of DSG and DSI.
